There are
four available models for 2010 of the new Land Rover
Freelander. They are the Land Rover Freelander S, SE, SE3 and
HSE. Each offering unique combinations of interior and exterior
features. I have broke down the four models and listed each of
their differences below.
The
2010 Land Rover Freelander S comes with a 2.5 litre V6
engine, 5 speed auto with CommandShift sport manual shifting and
permanent allwheel drive. Standard convenience features (Freelander
S 2010 ) include; power windows, heated windshield, and specific
to Freelander S includes cloth seats, 16 inch alloy wheels and
an AM/FM stereo with an in the dash Compact Disc player.
The new Land
Rover Freelander SE comes with comfort and luxury packages which
include leather seating surfaces, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear
cargo cover and roof-rails.
In the 2010 Freelander SE3 you'll find a 3-door design letting you
decide to go convertible if you want to, thanks to a new removable
hardtop. Standard features include Hill Descent Control (HDC)
and a power rear cargo window, the Freelander SE3 will be available
later this year (2010 ).
What's new
for 2010 Land Rover Freelander? How bout the new features
which include a Harman Kardon high-output audio system with a
6 disc Compact Disc changer, a becker voice command navigation
system, power sunroof, Alpaca Beige leather seating surfaces and
17 inch flat spoke alloy wheels. The SE3 is the most expensive
of the four models, partly because of the luxury features found
all about.
We had great
luck with our test drives on and off the road. The new Land Rover
Freelander proved to be rugged off road, on the road the new Freelander
has a truck/suv feel.
