The
2008 Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe is powered by a 3.5ltr DOHC
V-6 delivering 280 horsepower with 270 lb ft of torque. A computer
continuously tunes the opening of the in-take valves to feed the
engine with more air for combustion. Engine performance is optimized
at all engine speeds, not just a specific rpm range. Cams are
finished to a microscopic level of precision, and pistons are
coated in molydenum to move more freely. It's a new G35 Coupe
engine that accelerates faster, runs more efficiently and will
last longer.
Infiniti
G35 Sport Coupe's exhaust flow is constant the dual-tipped muffler
is also tuned. A high flow induction manifold is polished to precisely
matched to the cylinder head to allow for maximum airflow into
the engine. Short throws and close gear ratios keep you in the
soul of the engine's power curve as you shift. Infiniti went to
exhaustive lengths to research and develop a manual transmission
that perfectly balanced shifting speed.
