There are
eight models of 2013 Ford F150 trucks. The base model is
the 2013 F150 XL.
The
2013 and the new 2013 Ford F150 XL includes a 4.2L SEFI V6 Engine
and 5-speed manual overdrive transmission for the 4x2, 4x4 Regular
Cab and short wheelbase SuperCab. Or a 4.6L EFI Triton V8 Engine
and 5-speed manual overdrive transmission available on the F150
4x4 and new Ford F150 4x2 long wheel base SuperCab which produces
231 hp at 4750 rpm and 293 lb ft of torque at 3500 rpm. Some models
are available in a SuperCab, SuperCrew, 4x2 F150, 4x4 5 1/2' Box,
6 1/2' Box, Styleside Body or Flareside Body.
The 2013 Ford SVT F150 Lightning includes; 5.4L Supercharged 2V SOHC
V8 and 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission, Unique instrumentation
- white faced (electro-luminescent) instrument cluster with 140
mph speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, temperature, fuel,
supercharger boost gauges, front 40/60 split bench in cloth and
leather trim, premium electronic AM/FM stereo cassette with six
disc in dash CD.
For added
security the new 2013 Ford F150 has the LATCH
system (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children), airbags - second
generation driver and passenger, child safety seat top tether
anchors for securing safety seats, passenger airbag deactivation
switch for use with child seat on the Regular Cab and SuperCab
only and not on the Ford Harley-Davidson F150 SuperCrew, shoulder
belt height adjusters for front outboard seating positions which
varies with cab, trim and seat style.
