The new 2008 Audi A8 is a four door five passenger sedan that is available
in two trims levels, the 4.2 and the Audi A8L. The Audi A8 comes
in two trims, they are both equipped with a standard 4.2-liter,
V8, 310-horsepower engine with a est. gas mileage of 17 in the
city and 25 on the highway. Both also come with a standard 5-speed
automatic transmission with overdrive.
The 2008 A8 is a carryover from last year.
The Audi
A8L has a longer-body than the 4.2 both have aluminum intensive
construction a 5-speed automatic transmission and Audi's quattro
all-wheel drive. New safety features include an in-trunk emergency
release and an optional tire pressure monitoring systems, navigation
system, heated front and rear seats and optional parking sensors
warn of obstacles in the front and rear or the sedan. 18"wheels
are optional on other A8 standard is 17".
